About The MBA Team
As residents of the Valley for 40 years, we have also committed ourselves to the success of our community. Anne and Mary Beth have served as public servants for the schools, local governments and various non-profits in our area. Anne is very involved with the Diabetes Association, Solon City Schools and serves as the Solon Schools Anti-Bulling leader, CASS. Mary Beth has served as an Elected Official in South Russell Village, she also serves on the Board of Directors for the Chagrin Valley Recreation Center as well as previous commitments to the Chagrin Falls Educational Foundation and the Strategic Plan Advisory Board for the Chagrin Falls School District, and the Chagrin Valley Chamber of Commerce. In October 2022, Anne and Mary Beth asked Becky Hamid to join the MBA Team as an honorary sister and team member. She brings the organizational skills of a 14-year teacher with a Master's in Education and represents our millennial demographic. Together, we are committed economically, educationally and governmentally. We know the people, the politics and the developments that effect our area.
Mary Beth Wolfe
Mary Beth has lived in the Chagrin Valley for more than 43 years with deep family roots to the area and since 2004 she has been a licensed real estate agent in Ohio, but has also recently become dually licensed in South Carolina. During this time, her husband and her have raised their three children, all graduates of Chagrin Falls High School, and been active participants in our community. She has served as an Elected Official in South Russell Village for eight years, serve on the Board of Directors for the Chagrin Valley Recreation Center as well as previous commitments to the Chagrin Falls Educational Foundation, the Strategic Plan Advisory Board for the Chagrin Falls School District, as well as the Chagrin Valley Chamber of Commerce. She has been committed to the success of this community economically, educationally and governmentally. She knows the people, the politics and the developments that effect our area, and she is proud to say Chagrin Falls is her home.
Anne Harmody
After 14 years in Sales and Sales Management at General Electric, Anne decided to change career paths and decided to get her real estate license and work with her sister, Mary Beth Wolfe, at Howard Hanna. Years of experience in sales, made real estate an excellent transition for Anne. Anne has been a lifelong resident of the Chagrin Valley, except for a 3 year period living in Seattle. She lives in Solon with her husband Mark and has 3 grown children. She has deep roots in the special needs community, ADA and Universal Design living as well as the Type 1 diabetes community, serving on the board of Camp Ho Mita Koda, a T1D camp for children with diabetes located in Newbury, OH.
Becky Hamid
Becky Hamid is a lifelong resident of the Chagrin Valley. She is a third-generation Chagrin Falls graduate and is currently raising her two children in Chagrin Falls with her husband. Becky is involved in the community as a Chagrin Valley GIVE member and a Chagrin Falls Historical Society volunteer. She is very familiar with Chagrin Falls, Solon, and the surrounding communities. Her 14-year experience as an educator in the Solon City School District brings strengths in organization, communication, and adaptability. Her honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to helping others will guide you through the buying and selling process.
