Solon
Solon is a beautiful community located in the southeast corner of Cuyahoga County. Access to the Cleveland Metroparks and the expansion of the rails to trails initiative, Solon is a great location to plant your roots.

South Russell
South Russell is a bedroom community of roughly 4000 residents. Many neighborhoods have lakes and ponds as part of their smaller communities and make is a desirable place to live. South Russell residents attend the acclaimed Chagrin Falls Exempted Village School District, a top rated, public school district located in Chagrin Falls.

Chagrin Falls
Chagrin Falls is a small charming village on the eastern edge of Cuyahoga County nestled along the Chagrin River. The Village has a population of roughly 4200 residents, with a bustling downtown center for shopping, dining and local art and theatre culture.

Moreland Hills
Moreland Hills is predominately a bedroom community with a population of approximately 3200 residents. The western side of Moreland Hills attend the Orange School District, while the eastern edge attends Chagrin Falls Schools. Moreland Hills in nestled between US RT 422 and I-271 which provides easy access to highways and downtown Cleveland.

Aurora
Aurora is a city located in Portage County, Ohio. It is a suburb of both Cleveland and Akron, Ohio which makes it a great community option for commutes to either Akron or Canton. There are many different neighborhoods with different options for housing, from high end condominium areas, to stately older homes and lake living.

Auburn
Auburn Township is one of the sixteen townships of Geauga County, Ohio. The population is roughly 7,000 and is 25 miles southeast of downtown Cleveland but also boasts easy access to Warren and Youngstown. Residents in Auburn attend the Kenston School District and the district is a top rated, public school located in Geauga County.

Pepper Pike
Pepper Pike’s gently winding side streets and generous cul-de-sacs along with its traffic circles and open green spaces lend an uncluttered feel. Its homes and rolling properties include many wooded, private retreats from contemporary stresses. The city is largely residential and boasts a gracious, traditional lifestyle.

Twinsburg
Twinsburg is a suburban city in Summit County, Ohio, located about halfway between Akron and Cleveland making it a desirable location for either commute. The population is roughly 18,500. The Twinsburg's schools have received the "Excellent with Distinction" rating for the Ohio state tests for several years.

Bainbridge
Bainbridge covers a large geographical area on the western edge of Geauga County and is home to approximately 11,000 residents. Residents in Bainbridge attend the Kenston School District and the district is a top rated, public school located in Geauga County.
